2009 - A Day Of Recovery.

As we move into 2009, I sought the Lord as to what He might have me share with His people for this year. In the midst of such uncertain times, it is comforting to know we can call on Him and know with a certainty that He will answer. After all, wasn't it He who said that IF we seek Him we WILL find him?

I pray that as you read this, you will allow the Lord to minister to your spirit this word of encouragement.

“You feel like a late starter or that it is too late to start, but I would say to you, "No"! I still have high hopes for you.

Do not look at the perceived failures of your past. Those thoughts will only hold you down and hold you captive. I would have you look at the new day that is upon you now, and y et in front of you.

It is a day of vast assignments from My throne room. It is a day of vast opportunities. These are upon you and not behind you. Let go of all that you perceive to be lost and gain momentum in that which is already here and also in what lays ahead. The future is where it is at. The future is where hope lays waiting for you to possess.

Have I not said, "Take every thought captive"? So what are you waiting for? Do it! Obey My word and take every thought captive into the obedience of Christ. I will never disappoint you. I have proclaimed, “You have a future and a hope!” Jeremiah. 29:11.

Read My book. It is full of promises for you and your future.

Many would have you believe you have no hope and have no future. But this is contrary to My very word. I AM your hope and I AM your future.

I AM thrilled about what is about to happen to you. Do not be despondent or dismayed. Do not fear. I will make a way for you and yours. I am the same yesterday, today, and forever. I play by My rules, not the worlds. After all, I wrote the book.

I have told the story exactly how it will happen and turn out. I will reveal things that have lain dormant and hidden for years very soon to My people and especially to My prophets. Listen well to My true prophets. Do not be deceived, but know the true from the false. They will carry truth in their mouths and a sword in their hands.

These days are not for the weak, but the strong. I have allowed My people to go through the fire, and the floods of life, but those who have stood and not denied My name will go forth in the power of My Spirit.

You have come to a place of no return. No returning to the old. Old traditions of the past, old wine skins. No looking back regretting what could have been. Lot’s wife did that and look what happened to her!

I am pouring out My Spirit upon you, your sons and your daughters. Did I not say that they would prophesy? For indeed they have begun and it will continue as the day draws nearer.

I am bringing forth a people who are the true sons of God. They have been washed by My blood and tested by fire.

You may think you have lost momentum and strength, but in actuality you have not only gained momentum but also strength in My Spirit. What you have lost, I will recover. Have I not said, "the weak shall be strong and the poor shall be rich"? The harvest IS upon you. Seize this time and opportunity. It is on you now.

Do you understand the day that you are now in? It is all brand new and it is the day that you have waited for to accomplish great exploits by My Spirit. I am ready to show Myself mighty on your behalf says the Lord.

A true shift has occurred. Watch and see it unfold before your very eyes. It will surely happen just as I say,” says the Lord.

A NEW Sound Is In The Air!

While attending a service at James Avenue Church in Ft. Worth, the Lord spoke to Janet prophetically during the worship time. Here is a copy of that Prophetic Word:

"For I am assembling My people in the earth as a symphony of one. Although they are all over the earth, this new sound that is being released will impregnate and permeate My people in the days ahead. I am and have been fine tuning My instruments, My people in the earth so that this symphonic sound is heard clearly. History is going to be made.

In times past, there has been this sound or that sound, but now there will be one sound heard through many different voices in absolute harmony in order to make a distinct sound in the earth. Yes, a distinct sound is what will be made in the earth. A crystal clear sound of the expression of, "My Father and I as One."

Many will hear of it, embrace it, and run with it for it is surely I says the Lord. Many in and out of the church will recognize this sound like never before and desire to be a part of it. It is My church. It is My bride. They have come together and are flowing "as one man" in the Earth. How can this be? I am God. There is nothing impossible for me.

So know that as the day’s progress, I am setting My people up to be a great voice of one in the Earth. This symphonic sound will not put you to sleep, but will awaken and bring life to all who hear it. It is fresh and it is new. Many around the world are already moving in it, but it will increase in the days ahead.

There are those who have been My incubators who I can trust, who have faithfully held onto that which I put in their hearts until this very time. New music, new dance, new worship, and greater revelation of My word will come forth out of them like never before."

Got Tempo?

The following is a Word from the Lord recently given to Prophet Janet..

"The Lord would say, "I am changing the tempo. Some of you have been moving at a very high speed and need to slow down. Others have been moving at a very slow speed and need to speed up. I am bringing each of you, as you yield to Me, up to tempo. This requires change on your part. Are you willing to do it My way and not yours? Remember, this is about My kingdom in the earth in and through you.

Change is not just coming, but is already here. Adjustments need to be made now in order to take you to the next level. Did I say it would be easy? Some of you have developed habits that you think are of me. I tell you they are not. Stand back and examine where you are, where I want you to go, and how you think you are going to get there. I am always willing to lay out the strategy and plan so that you will accomplish what I have called you to do without it killing you to do it. I am bringing you up to My tempo says the Lord.

Many of you think go, go, go, is the way, way, way while others of you think, stay, stay, stay, is the way, way, way. I would tell you that I am in them both, but go, go, go seems to be the rule today. Let me bring balance to your life and ministry as you follow after me and allow me to set the tempo of your life in Me!" says the Lord of Host. "Then and only then will you find true satisfaction and pleasure in this journey of life."

The Gate, "AS ONE MAN."

For the Lord would say,

"Remember these words, ‘as one man’. For I am doing something in the earth that man thought was impossible. It will make a mark in history. You just wait and see" says the Lord. "I will bring a unification that has been hoped for, prayed for, looked for, and waited on for many years. But now is the time," says the Lord.

"There is a gate in the heavenlies called, ‘as one man’ that many have longed to see open. It is here and has been opened," says God. "I have been waiting for a people who would be ready for it to be opened in order to accomplish My desire in the earth. So broaden your vision. Look at the bigger picture. This is not about one mans empire, but about My kingdom in My people in the earth. It has always been about My kingdom. You have entered a new hour and a new day. A day like never before is upon you. So seize it," says the Lord.

"Remember My word as My people went in over and over as one man to do a work for me and they were successful and accomplished what I sent them to do. You too will find greater success as you learn to take advantage of this gate that has opened to you. You will begin to do things together like never before.

So don’t be surprised when you suddenly hear of My people gathering as one man over and over again, for it will surely happen," says the Lord of Hosts.

"It is time to make an impact in the earth says the Lord and you will see this happening as I bring unity as you now walk as one man. So be encouraged My people. It shall come to pass."

Letting Go-A gut wrenching process

The question that always arises for me is, "At what point do I let it go Lord?"

It is never easy to let go. In fact, it can be gut wrenching and a difficult process indeed. This is especially true when we hold on to scriptures like, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1) or “Call those things that are not as though they are.” (Paraphrase of Romans 4:17)

I have been serving the Lord since 1981 and have had to continually live and walk through the process of letting go. What I have found is that just when you think you have won absolute victory in this area, something else arises and you begin all over again.

This seems like one of those life long processes so do we ever get it down? I think the answer is pretty clear. You have to be sensitive to the timing of the Lord as to when we let something go.

I believe this is so true, because God has called us to fight the good fight and when we let something go, we feel as if we have given up the battle…this couldn’t be farther from the truth. God sometimes allows us to hold on to something in order to fight in the Spirit for it. This process trains us to know God’s timing of when to release it completely over to Him in the midst of fighting for someone or something. This is where the real battle is.

We never want to let it go! It hurts too much. But let go we must because if we don’t, we will get stuck and unable to move forward. This is what happens many times in marriages and relationships. This often happens when a wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, mother, father, etc. stand in agreement, believing God for a miracle.

When do you give it up and go on? When God says so! It is a process and it differs for each individual and circumstance. There are those who never come to the place of being able to let go of someone or something. This is not good. This is linked, I believe to why there are so many battered women and men. They do not or cannot let go when it is time to.

It is in God's timing of release that the breakthrough finally comes, yet in our minds letting go seems so final. It certainly doesn't feel that by letting go we will get a breakthrough, but it is true.

Some would call holding on a weakness or failure to walking in faith, while others see it as a mighty act of faith to let go quickly. Only God can help you supernaturally let something go when you love so deeply.

I use to look at others and see their apparent faults such as holding on to someone who had verbally mistreated them or committed adultery, etc and thought, "what in the world would cause you to hold on to someone so despicable?" I then put them in this dysfunctional box and thought to myself, "Oh my God, just move the heck on!" But I then realized that there are a multitude of things and situations in life that cause people to be where they are and do what they do.

No two people are alike on this earth. It is easy for a counselor, brother or sister to say, "Just move on"! But there is a series of things that must take place in a person’s heart in order for them to do that. It is called, a process.

It is our responsibility to help them work through heart issues to get them to a point of being able to let go and go on. This too is part of the process. Many will never allow it to happen, while the majority will no matter how gut wrenching it is. I for one have been through this time and time again. It is a huge part of our walk with the Lord.

As long as we live and breathe we will go through different processes in life. That old saying, "let go and let God" is so, so true. My prayer is God will show you the timing of whatever process you are in and if it is time for you to let go and go on.

No matter how gut wrenching it may seem now, there is hope..........its called faith! You and I can trust Him because our lives are in Him. He knows the ultimate outcome and He also knows what is best for us. Do not look at a particular outcome as defeat, but part of the process of trusting God in every situation in your life. I know it hurts. Lord how well I know this, but our Daddy is God Almighty and He will bring you through to the other side in complete victory.

I pray for you today that God's love will overtake you in such a way that you will be lifted into His arms of love. That you will be carried away in His presence and know that you are secure in Him. I pray that you may pass through this process and reach the other side knowing that He is in charge no matter what it looks like.

Letting go...a gut wrenching experience.............but you can do it! I’ll see you on the other side.

FAR LEFT, FAR RIGHT or RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED TO BE?

Being IN this world but not OF it!

Through the years, the Church has tried to be relevant to those around her. This idea was not a bad one, but in some cases, there have been those who went so far to the other side they now believe anything goes.

I am one who believes like Paul the Apostle said, "I have become all things to all people that I may win the more to Christ". The problem that many have fallen into is rubbing shoulders so closely with the world that they looked, smelled and tasted just like the world and became deceived themselves. They then fell into the same trap the people of the world are in---

- NO ABSOLUTES!!!

Calling everything that is Godly, "religious!”

There is a fine line that believers need to walk. Remember, we are to be in the world, but not of the world. I am not talking about whether you have a glass of wine or not. It goes way beyond that! It is about swinging to far to the other side you become trapped back in the world with no conviction of right or wrong.

I totally believe that we need to be relevant in order for people to be able to relate to Christ in us, but the Church needs to be careful we don’t have people misinterpret who we really are and who it is we represent.

We are to be like Him, not like the world. I did not say, "Holier than Thou". I just said, separated and different so that they will want what you and I have…Jesus!

In the past we taught that holiness equaled ‘you can't do this or you cant do that'. Well, who wants to live like that? Now however we find that the Church has swung totally to the other side. God is bringing His Church to the place it needs to be, where we will make a huge impact on the world for the glory of God.

I am all for having a great time, because the Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, but we are also His and need to make sure we are doing it His way and not our way.

We can have a great time and still be sold out to Him. I hate religious spirits; so don't misunderstand what I am saying here. We just need to be in the right place and position in God to make the huge impact He wants to make in the earth.

Find your place in Him and He will show you where you belong and what you can or can’t do according to His word. Simple as that!

“What do roller coasters, revolving doors, merry go rounds, and musical chairs have in common? They speak of a fast pace, going around in circles and instability. I have not called you to this kind of life. I have called you to a life of stability, balance, and peace.

For you see, the enemy has tricked many into thinking it will always be this way and that there is no way to slow down the pace. But I say, “No it will not always be this way. For I have made a better way for you.

Hustle, hustle, hustle, go, go, go, move, move, move is not my best for you. Did I not speak to Martha about her busyness? This has been a trap that many of you have fallen in to keep you going in circles, keep you fatigued, worn out and frayed.

Remember time is in My hands and I am in control when you let Me be. It is time to rethink and re-examine what you are doing or not doing and where you think you are going or not going. Allow Me to lead your paths. Allow Me to stop this up and down, in and out, and round and round cycle.

I want you to look at Mary and glean from her example. I want you to look at My Son’s life and copy His lifestyle as much as you can. Impossible you might say? I would tell you, not at all. I would not have given you His life as an example if that were the case. It just seems so far out of reach right now for you to attain, but it is attainable. It is possible when you allow Me to order and align your lifestyle. So, give it over to Me and just watch and see what an exceptional God I am and what I can do in such a short period of time. What have you got to loose accept your life?

Have I not called you to lay down your life so that you could find Mine? I am not condemning you. I want the very best for you just like I did for Martha. So do not allow condemnation to speak to you, but encouragement. I want to encourage you to slow down and make time. For the time comes and goes so fast that before you know it, it is gone.

So let me make plans for you and not you yourself. My plans are for your good. I know you want My plans for your lives so stop running here and there and everywhere. Sit down and take some time to be with Me. I will give you the road map you need to get the job done with such ease and peace. Isn’t this worth looking into? What’s the harm? Your way is surely not working.

The plans of man never do. So come to Me and I will lead you. Even in your old age, it is not too late. Never give up, because I never give up on you. Walk in peace with Me says the Lord. Stop before you are stopped and take a good look. For life is too short to miss Me in this says the Lord.
